Join the 2-day expert workshop on the health impacts of climate change organized by GLOHRA members at the Robert Koch-Institute in Berlin. The workshop will focus on co-developing a conceptual framework for estimating the health burden of climate change using burden of disease (BoD) metrics. Topics include

  • Direct and indirect health impacts of climate change
  • Risk factor attribution approaches
  • Data and modelling strategies under varying availability scenarios

We invite researchers and practitioners with a strong background in either burden of disease (BoD) methodology or the health impacts of climate change to express their interest in participating. We are particularly looking for individuals with experience in modelling, epidemiology, exposure-response functions, or similar expertise. Limited travel support is available to cover train travel and accommodation upon request.
